I keep getting an Error Message telling me that "A Device Attached to the System is not Functioning Properly"...What does that mean?...I've got a modem, a router, speakers and the other normal stuff hooked up (keyboard, mouse). They all seem to be functioning normally to me.
How do I find out which device is the culprit?

Go to Start > Control Panel > System > Hardware tab and click the Device Manager button. Are there any red or yellow flags next to any of the devices?
