My sister experienced an error upon start up;

NvQTwk module error- could not load

And in the device manager a yellow exclamation appears by
the MPU-401 Compatible MIDI Device. Opening it states that this
device is not working

I updated the Nivida driver and no longer have the NvQTwk error upon
startup- but the yellow exclamation is still there. Any one know what
that is and/or means.

Have you tried updating sound card drivers?? Does the error mention a specific file thats causing trouble?

Try right clicking on the little exclaimation point and selecting "update driver"

let it connect to windows update, see if that helps

Yes- I uninstalled- re-installed and tried to update the driver. Nothing
works.
