ok my household has 1 modem/router (westell 7500) since it is a terrible modem it seems i cant port trigger the xbl ports for two xboxs to have open nat types. 1 xbox has open 1 is strict. i have a linksys router as well is there a way to use the linksys as a bridge to have both xboxs with open nat types?

You can't port forward a single port to mutliple distinations. This is your issue.

Solution is make a dmz port on the router, connect a switch to it and then connect both xboxes to the switch.

you could use the router as a switch by connecting just by it lan port to the router but I don't recommend it. A 4 port switch is like 15 bucks
