I have noticed on a few machines that I have been working on that the desktop icons have lost their transparency. I refer to the text box below the icon, it is no longer see-through. This has happened when I have been reinstalling customers programs, and it stays like this after a reboot. Any way I can correct this?

Under "Performance" click "Settings"
Make sure the "Use drop shadows for icon labels" box is checked
