If the icon is on your desktop, you can simply right click and hold, then drag it to the tray where it was. If it is not on your desktop, create a short cut on your desktop and follow step 1. If you require more detailed instruction on creating a shortcut, please advise.

Follow these instructions and all will be OK

1. Click on Start, search, for files and folders.
2. type “show desktop”
3. right click on “show desktop”
4. highlight “copy” and left click
5. proceed to desktop and right click on desktop
6. highlight “paste shortcut” and left click
7. an icon will appear on the desktop…right click on it and hold the mouse button
8. Drag the icon between the IE and view Channel icons
9. When the icon is see through you will be able to see an “I”
10. At this point, release the mouse button and
11. Voilla, Success
