Hi,
I have dell studio 1458, whenever i play PC games it works for some time and then it starts freezing and ultimately the system shuts off. I tried downloading the updated drivers for the ATI grafix card however it did not help at all. There is no heating issue with the system, the temperature is just fine. It also shuts off if i play any multimedia for a very long time. I am not sure what can i do in order to fix this issue, please help..!!!
Any suggestion will be really appreciated..!!
The specification are:
Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium, 64bit, English
Intel® Core™ i3-370M 2.4GHz (3M cache)
3GB Shared Dual Channel DDR3 at 1066MHz
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5450 1GB

Is your laptop plugged in while playing games. When playing games or doing anything graphics intensive it will suck the life out of your battery real quick.
