our dell poweredge 4400 server recently started to display some odd messages when ever i start it up it would allow me to enter my bios after a series of errors which told me that the bios was not installed,i would like this server to be up and running.its been 9 months since i started my job at this new company and that server was never connected to the network, it was mostly turned off until i started it up,in the hopes of restoring it ,at first it was fine when i started it,since an OS was already present (windows 2000 server OS) it just needed a firmware update however another technician was involved in doing this.and now these are the errors i am receiving. can come one assist me?

The bios it's talking about is the onboad bios of the Adaptec scsi adaptor.

The onboard bios on an adaptor card allows you to install windows onto a scsi drive attached to it.

If this is an onboard scsi chip, then it could be an incorrect error.
If it's not running, you could try to reinstall windows.

If windows won't install, the worst that can happen is that you have to buy a used
Adaptec card off of ebay. Just make sure to get one with onboard bios.
They're going very cheap nowadays.
