Can someone please help me!?My brother was watching videos and the laptop screen went black and when we turn it on it starts with the dell logo F2 setup and F12 boot but when I try to boot the screen just stays black with white blinking cursor

turn of the laptop, reboot press the f8 key continuously until you get a menu then boot in safe mode if you can. once in safe mode restart the laptop.

Can you boot to BIOS?
Also, try this: remove battery and AC charger, and press power button for a minute. Re-assemble and try again.

I try rebooting it but the black screen and blinking cursor come up....I tried what you said too but it's still the same

Can you boot to BIOS? Press F2 repeatedly at power on.

F2 leads me to Setup and it won't boot anyways the screen just turns black
