Ihave a dell demension 5150 am having problems with the power button i have the power cord plug to it now.the power light is solid green and blinks with a orange light every few seconds i had people tell me to replace the power supply or its the power switch i replace the switch that didnt help now am thinking of replacing the power supply. i think am just gonna hold on to see if any one here has advice for me on the problem thanks for your help.

What precisely is the problem(s) you are experiencing? I'm assuming the PC won't start?

pc wont start i need to push button several times for it to power up

It's posiblr the Power Button itself is defective or pushed out of it's holder. Remove the front panel and inspect the Power Button.
You could try jumping the two Power pins on the Mobo to see if it will start.
