DELL D505 BIOS help

hello everyone, this is my 1st post here.

im in big problem, i have dell latitude d505, i was updating the bios with the latest ver. i downloaded from dell site. but it suddenly crashed, the update didn't completed. so now only the power led is on, but it won't startup nothing on the screen at all.

i did some google search, i found that the bios chip is 24LC04B, im familier with electronics, i have programmer, but i need the .bin bios file, it is only in .exe on the dell site.

please if anyone have this kind of laptop give me the bios.bin file.

You may have trashed the Bios chip. You can attempt to install the Bios again.

THX TYREE for help, but i already have all the tool needed to program new flash, i only need the binary file. i got the bios "D505_A11.EXE" file from dell website. i can't get the .bin file from it, is there any tool that extracts bin firmware from this exe file.????
