Dell AIO 962

Good day,

We have a Dell AIO Printer 962. We are having difficulty getting a photocopy. We get error message 2200 & on screen, the machine tells me to see "user guide", only problem--- the user guide does not have error messages numbered.

What does error Message 2200 refer to?

Please advise.
