Dell 5100cn black prints grey

Have a Dell 5100cn that has worked great for years. Now it will pring black as grey. have changed toner, cleaned the various windows, check print settings. Still prints grey. ??

Might be a default software/toner quality or paper setting has changed. What happens when you try to print at a higher quality setting? Same result??:confused:
