ive followed some of the same steps in this post:

ran dss (have logs), ran spybot (most problems fixed), ran combofix (log attached). did not run OTMoveIt, since i dont really know what its for and greyknight gave me some explicit paths to copy/paste
i do accept that this xp home PC has 256MB memory, but there are still a couple suspicious things: home page randomly hijacked, seem to be some processes popping up at startup (too fast to notice) hogging CPUs, and startup items unable to be removed (though combofix) might fix that
ive attached DSS (again, before spybot and combofix), and combofix logs. please let me know what else i can attach for further review.
