I am working on a friends laptop a Gateway model# mt6706 sn#t3b73z1004552 It keeps stating A DISK READ ERROR OCCURED when logging on!
I have tried to test the hard drive and each time the test fails!
All signs lead to harddrive failure is this correct! any suggestions?
