I now have 2 Gbs of DDR2 ram installed and the pc works great running Windows xp, but I have to go to fry's so I looked over their site first.

They are selling DDR3 4GB (2x2GB) 1600MHz Dual Channel, Kingston HyperX BLU, KHX1600C9D3B1K2/4GX for $11 after rebate, so I am thinking.... it is so cheap ... maybe I should upgrade.

My Mobo manual says it can handle 4 GBs of DDR3, but only up to PC 1333. Should the PC 1600 ram adjust to the Mobo? or probably not work?

It "should" work with the Mobo but will run at 1333MHz.
However, I would suggest using a different brand of RAM.

I am going to pass on the upgrade for now. There may be a reason the kingston ram is only $11, and my home made pc works great already.
Thanks for your input.

RAM as it is dirt cheap right now so I doubt there is anything wrong with it.
If you decide to upgrade in the future go with G.Skill or Corsair for good quality/reliability.
