On my Windows 7, the date and time jumps random every time I reboot. Also, if I hibernate it. I'm guessing it could be the laptop battery? Cause I also get the same thing if I were to go on the bios settings. Any suggestion? Thank you for your time.

Sounds like your CMOS battery is bad. The CMOS battery is on your motherboard and is not related to your main battery. Is your computer still under warranty?
