Datacard printer smart driver plugin problem

i am using Datacard Printer sp55 with installed Datacard Drivers version 2.0 (for xp and win 2000) and ID Works Software (Basic). Am doing everything right except that when i try to print a card, it asks for a Datacard smart driver printer plugin. i have tried to set it up at the administrator module but still i am getting the same problem. how can i get this plugin. Anybody with any idea on how to go about it? Kindly help.

where can I get download link for same printer, I lost original cd's

Are you asking for the printer drivers? Because you can download those from the manufacturer's website. Just make sure you get the right ones.
