Customise themes / images for wallpapers

I'm struggling to find the equivalent settings in Windows 10 from Windows 7 where you can customise a theme, and select which backgrounds are used in the theme, if the images are shuffled and the time the image changes (e.g every 30mins - every day).

I've googled and searched but can't find this

See attached image to illustrate this

I make sure the main image/background/settings I want it selected (with the only image I want with the theme with a checkmark in it) then I save it as a theme. When I want other images to be rotated with that theme I do that after the fact and once I have selected my theme and applied it. I merely make sure those images are also 'check-marked' without any others also check-marked, and then I check-mark as indicated in your screenshot where it says 'rotate' and I set a time frame. Play around with it you'll get it.
@ Frost Byte, Are you running Windows 10?

Ah gotcha. I run both. However I had not tried this in Windows 10 yet so I just used this guide here just now and it works for me. I named a folder "slideshow" then copied and pasted 3 pictures in there and set it for one minute rotation and tested it. Works well, but I do wish it was as easy as Windows 7 was to do this. Here is my pic of my settings on this.
