Currently Upgraded from Xp to Vista 64 Can't Delte Files ЃϵϳЅЂϿϽϯІχϯπρϴϱЄϱЃϵϳЅ

Currently Upgraded From Windows Xp to Vista 64Bit Currently Have sp2.

I did this as I bought this pc and wante'd to upgraded it.
After upgrading i have a folder called Windows.Old

I have currently delete every folder i can Except One " user Data "

Which contains To files

ЃϵϳЅЂϿϽϯІχϯπρϴϱЄϱЃϵϳЅ and

ЃϵϳЅЂϿϽϯІχϯπρЂϻϵЉЃϵϳЅ


Currently have Tried
Disk Clean Up = No Effect
Safe Mode Boot Up and Delete = Same error Code

I renamed the folder now to " lol " no specific reason to try and delete same error message.

" This is no longer Located in C:\Test. Verify The items location.
When tring to removed the selected " LOL " folder containng the two folders.

I did some research/ Alot of research and still have no effect please help me.

Hello, Thanks for that but I still am unable to delete it...

I have full control over the file but still can not verify the file location...
same message in safe mode and no trace of either file in the registry.

any ideas ty.

- open dos-console "cmd"
- change to dictionary "cd SecuROM/UserData/..."
- "dir/x"
- delete file with old 8+3 name "del "name~1""
