what would u guys upgrade and to what... i havent built a pc since p41.7 im noob

id like to run bf2bc and blackops at high settngs...

any input greatly appreciated thanks

Well I would use a gigabyte or asus for the mother board and get a 650 or 750 watt corsair, Seasonic, Or XFX power supply. The case psu combo has a low quality psu and 400 or so watts isn't enough to run that video card.

What monitor do you have? it's important because high settings aren't everything, the resolution matters also. Gaming on a 17 inch monitor that can only support 1280 x 1024 (which i use) is a world of difference than gaming on a 23 inch widescreen that supports 1900 x 1200 (full hd, 1080p)

First u/g should be your power supply. Look for a good 650 watt or better. Next swap out the AthlonII for a Phenom II processor. The 955 quad can be had for as little as $125 now and the 965 and 970 do not cost much more. The MSI motherboard isn't the greatest but it is what it is. Swapping it out may gain you a few features and better overclocking ability but not much in performance.
