CTFMON Permanently Infected... No Office Programs ~

Ok, I got MSBLAST because I was a **** and didn't get a firewall.

Now I have a copy of CTFMON that wont ever go away. Using microsoft's method of removal doesn't do jack. Previous scans have mentioned "troj_slime.a" or something similar when scanning system files...

Need a little help with removal... since microsoft likes to create so many problems for their users...
