Ok,I have a Xps M1210.My Fps on Css Are terrible...On small Gungame Maps
i keep a steady 80+ fps but on De_dust2 or any other big map They drop to 5-10 Fps Even with the graphic set to low they are still low at 8-10..
Im able to Run Cs 1.6 perfect...So i was wondering if anybody know a solution

It's possible the user in the above video had the optional upgrade of a Nvidia Go 7400 - which would be much better than an IGP, but still not great.
Also, having only 1GB of RAM with Vista won't help, you really need 2GB to play games properly.

Hmm, that video gave me an idea.
See what happens if you set all graphics options to low. Then exit out, and open up Steam.
Go to the 'My Games' tab, right click on CS:S and select 'Properties'.
Click 'Set Launch Options'. Type in -dxlevel 80 then click ok and try running the game again.

I did everything you told me to but mygraphics keep going to high..Has the * saying its recommended 4 my pc..
Do you think it has some to do with more going out then coming in..
the net_graph shows like
fps - 11
in = 60 - 75
out = 80-100
What would over clockn do to my pc
