Hello New Friends,

I have an excrucaiting problem that I'm sure must be easy to fix, but I don't know how. :4-dontkno

I have a XP pc conected to a OSX server via a standard network setup.

Macs have a habbit of producing hidden files within certain folders. In particular they produce 'icon' files. These seem to be undeleatable.

My problem is when I transfer folders that contain one of these mac icon files I get an error that stops the transfer procces dead. No 'continue' option or 'ignore' option not anything.

The error reads:

ERROR COPYING FILE OR FLODER
Cannot copy [file name]
:The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

I think its to do with unrecognisable charactors as the mac icon file reads on my pc 'icon[square shape charactor]'

please help me, i will be most gratful.
