Creative S/B CTSysVol.exe

Have just downloaded s/ware for S/B live 24bit external onto Windows7 64 bit OS. Cannot change the volume. Error message says CTSysVol.exe stopped working. Any help please.

This is the correct driver: Creative Worldwide Support > Live! 24-bit External

If that's what you downloaded, try removing & re-installing it. Disable antivirus whilst installing it.
