I just bought a creative labs tactic3d rage wireless headset, I went to many websites and looked at the reviews before buying the microphone and they convinced me that it was good.

The headphones give great audio however the microphone is ****, its recording on only 1 channel (16 bit) and I'm pissed off with the audio quality.

I would like to know if there is anyway I can make it 24 bit multichannel recording without having to buy a new headset (I can buy a new receiver).

(By the way, it has a detachable microphone).

Most microphones are mono. Most mic inputs (pink jack) are mono. Thus the recordings are mono. Some audio drivers will duplicate the input to simulate stereo, or if you are using mixing/recording software, it should have similar options.
