When I try to open My Documents the screen freezes, I have to open task manager, wehre it's 'not responding', and close it.
wondering if it's anything to do with crawler.com. I can't get that off my com.and tried a few different things but it's still lurking. it appears if i search in the main address bar for example... and ctrl alt del brings up a new search bar at the top too, similar to the fiirefox one across the bottom.. please help!
oh, i installed kaspersky to try and remedy it, but it picks up nothing. it did remove a trojan, but the problem(s) persists.

any help would be greatly appreciated
