Hi guys,
Recently built a computer for my brother, he's apparently getting freezing issues. Hard to pin down the cause (for me at least)
He's able to stream some stuff (Amazon Prime was fine) and watch videos locally and play Fallout 4 on ultra settings for a few hours at a time without crashing, but YouTube videos and certain gifs and BBC iPlayer upset the computer.
Any idea what this could be?
His specs are:
CPU: AMD FX-6350 Black Edition CPU (Hex Core, 3.90GHz)
RAM: 8GB
Mobo: Gigabyte 970A-UD3P Motherboard
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 970 4GB
Hard drive: 4TB
Windows 10.
