Hello,
I recently built my first pc and everything was going completely fine, but since 5 days ago I have been getting BSOD with several different stop codes when on google or when idle . i tried looking up what they meant and i tried every "solution" i found but my pc still keeps crashing. i hope someone can explain me some things and maybe come up with a solution in easy English. English isn't my first language and im also new to the whole pc world so i don't understand most of the explanations.

Going to need a list of your components to see if they're compatible.

You have the retail version of the CPU (OEM is Questionable) which is good but draws power. Your PSU is marginal (not the voltage but the quality, particularly for games). Do you have another PSU to test with?

If the solutions mentioned don't solve the problem, you need to post the information asked for.

so i have to do step 1-3 and then answer these questions?
· OS - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 or Vista?
· x86 (32-bit) or x64 ?
· What was the original installed OS on the system?
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)?
· Approximate age of system (hardware)
· Approximate age of OS installation (if you know)
· Have you re-installed the OS?
· CPU
· Video Card
· MotherBoard (if NOT a laptop)
· Power Supply - brand & wattage (if NOT a laptop)
· System Manufacturer
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom)
Laptop or Desktop?
