Hi, I will try to help you no problem. OK firstly what browser are you using? if you are using IE try firefox and see if you get same result, if firefox then try IE.

Now it also depends on the tools bars and active x you have running. A simple way of ensuring your up to date is go to microsoft update, by typing this in google. Download the latest updates possible.

Make sure you scan pc for virus and antispyware also to cancel that out. If you have IE, then go to start then run and type inetcpl.cpl then go to advanced tab and click reset IE. Now this will change it back to when you first installed it, IE restore to defaults, and you may need to install flash, shocwave players.

I notice bdagent is the one taking up 84% of CPU usage. A google search suggests it's bitdefender antivirus.
I know very little about antivirus, but if you didn't install it yourself, you could suspect rogue software. You could also read reviews about how good it is. Finally I often read on the board that have more than one AV program tends to make them conflict with one another. You could turn off bitdefender background task temporarily and see if that helps. If it's the culprit, then you can decide what to do then (contact their tech or something).

Very good point, you want to go for an antivirus such as AVG or AVIRA because they use less resources. The other thing you could do is go to run the msconfig, then click on to start-up and uncheck everything apart from your antivirus.

You should also be aware that antivirus is no the only thing you need, you also need antimalware because not all av programs detect trojans.
If there are other services using high processes you can disabel them in services.msc
