I bought a new computer processor that I already have, after I plugged it in I noticed that there is a beep started but the computer starts normally ...
While the computer starts I hear that the processor is working too hard and after a few minutes your computer crashes ...

This is the processor i7-4790 Haswell thanks to all helpers!

Not enough information.

Is the cpu supported by the motherboard? Does the motherboard require a specific BIOS version to support that cpu? Is the required BIOS installed? Do you have the correct HSF for that cpu? Is the HSF connected properly? Is the HSF working properly?

And I will add that you can NOT hear if a cpu is working or not. If you hear anything, you will hear the HSF running. And many systems will run the HSF at full speed until POST completes and the management software then takes control of the fan (the same applies to many gpu's).
