Basically for the last couple of weeks I have had problems with my computer and it has been really slow. I realised it has been running quite slow because my CPU Usage keeps hitting 100%. I have run virus scans and no viruses have been found.

Any suggestions appreciated thanks :)

When the computer is running slow, hit ctrl + alt + del (Task Manager) and arrange the processes column so that they are listed from highest to lowest.

What process seems to be using up the most CPU time ?

Don't worry about the System Idle Process, it means nothing in the way of CPU usage. A CPU just doesn't sit not doing anything, the CPU is basically receiving 0's and 1's keeping it in a ready state. So as more programs request the CPU the System Idle Process will drop in CPU usage, but will be close to what seems it is using 100% of your CPU.

As for the Urinoa.exe not much on Google about it, I would get Process Hacker and see what program the .exe is associated with. http://processhacker.sourceforge.net/

The five Google Chrome processes are most likely Chrome staying in touch with Google.

Your post is the only Google hit on "urinoa.exe", which means it's probably malware and you are probably infected.

"system idle" is the percentage of the time your CPU is NOT running, so it would be 100% when your CPU is doing nothing at all. Which means it's normal.

High Google Chrome usage may or may not be normal; it depends on what you are doing with the browser(s) at the time.
