When I send something to my recycle bin it does not appear. Received error message that the recycle bin is corrupt. While in the recycle bin that appears to be empty I can choose to restore items and they are restored back to original location. What can I do about this?????? Thanks.

The Info file in the Recycler folder sometimes gets corrupted and thus will shown a empty recycle bin even though there are plenty of files in the Recycler folder. Windows will automatically recreate the Info file if its missing so the easiest way to repair is to delete the Info file:

1. Start a command prompt (cmd.exe)
2. Move to the Recycler folder
3. Enter the command
attrib -h info*.*
4. Delete the file
del info
5. Restart
