corrupt drivers

i have an HP 4620 printer during an HP update the software stooped working. HP said the drivers in the registry are corrupt. I have windows 7 on an asus notebook . . the printer is under warranty but HP says they cant go into my registry . How do i remove the printer drivers from the registry

Hello,

You can try running a System Restore to a point before the updates were done.

It still having problems you can uninstall the Printer drivers from Control Panel > Uninstall a program

Once the drivers are uninstalled you can download the latest drivers from the HP site
