I have a PC that was recently updated to Windows 10. I have another PC for which I have reserved the update. My question is, can I transfer some files to my other PC so that I won't have to download the whole 3 GB Windows 10 files again?

No, each machine will need to download the Windows 10 Upgrade.

You can't install you're reserved copy of Windows 10 on another PC. It has to be installed on the PC you reserved it for.
