HOW CAN I install Appearance&Personalization,or have it installed in my control panel?

Hello,

What view setting are you using in Control Panel? Look in the top right corner for view by:

Right-Click on the desktop and choose Personalize and you can change the settings also.

On the upper right hand corner choose "view by", "Category".
