My S3 graphics card had a nice control panel to adjust Gamma, Overlay and other settings. But Win XP decided I needed a update and changed everything, now the control panel has gone ! Tried doing a sys restore and driver rollback but the controls have disappeared.

Any wizards that could help me - please ?

Check the vid card manufacturers web site for software downloads for your card. The app you're talking about may be separate from the driver update.

Hi Fred, thanks for the reply. Just downloaded a slightly older version and my control panel is back - re installed again. I think the utility might be some kind of add-on, the logo says 'screen Goodies tm'. It's very useful for calibrating Gamma screen res, bright etc. Thanks once again.

You're welcome. I agree, gamma correction is about the best feature you can use on a monitor.
