where are you clicking and what are you trying to achieve, even if the create new for whatever software you are using has moved down, what difference will it make if it moves back to the top?

ShellExView is the best way to solve this when it happens.
Yes there are lots of entries in the log but not all of them are context menu entries so you need to click the 'Type' column to arrange them up neatly then disable the Context Menu handlers one by one with a reboot in between.

Thanks, I fixed it. The context menu was not actually at the top before, I was imagining it.

After I installed Windows .Net Framework 3.5, I got this Web Folders icon in my computer. I am going to restart my computer to see if I can remove it.
