Hey, I just got my brand new PC set up (put it together with my dad) and it's finally up and running. The thing is, I can't get an image to come up on my HDTV at all. I have a 780GM HDMI motherboard with, of course, an HDMI out slot. The TV is a 26" Toshiba. I have an HDMI cable running from the motherboard in the back to the HDMI 1 slot in the HDTV. However, I always get No Signal when I start the computer. I then tried hooking up one other cable that came with the video card (a round black one), and went to PC in the HDTV menu, again with No Signal.

I must be doing something wrong, because I checked my owner's manual for the television and it shouldn't be having problems with standard PC resolutions. I do have several CRT monitors, so if I could get an adapter, though I don't know what kind, I could at least play on one of those. But gah...I got this computer to play on my HDTV, not a CRT monitor. : \

Any help would be heavily appreciated. I'm so close to getting this thing working.
