Guys I am new here and I hope that this is the right place to ask this question. I am not a stanger to forums but I am to this one.

I connected my laptop to my 22" monitor and I have both screens running but the problem I have is that there is a big black square around my larger monitor essentially making it a 19" wide screen. Where do I go in the setting to make it full screen again? My laptop screen looks fine but it is just the 22" screen.

I am not so sure about this but may be there is an adjustment in your monitor to set or expand the Window on all sides.

I played with it for about an hour and finally got it to work correctly. It is a setting under graphic options for the screen. Once it is set up right it is pretty nice.
