Hello im from the uk.

CONFUSED -
which would be the best video card could I get in the £50-£60 range?

5670, 440 or something?? Also I see these cards have low power usage at 65W~ which is pretty impressive, low power usage isnt mandatory tho. I dont mind buying 2nd hand or new, has to be in price range.

ALL THESE NEW GFX NUMBERS GOT ME CONFUSED MAN!

My first priority would be to replace the WinPower PSU with a good quality unit.

Well it was stated that you should change the power supply to a quality unit not a worse one. If you have the ability I would return that antec power supply for an actual good one.

Corsair 650W TX Series PSU - 120mm Fan, 80.. | Ebuyer.com

Now provided your getting the recommended power supply, a gt 440 would be ok with the system , however with the age of the components I would simply just get another 8800 used off ebay. Don't run it off off that winpower or antec power supply or you'll simply fry this 8800 as well.

I purchased a Gainward 9800GT 1GB Green edition, runs at 75W.

Got it off ebay for £52 including postage.

What do ya think of this card, would it be better than a radeon HD 5670 ?

The Nvidia chipped GPU is the better option for the Nvidia chipped Mobo.
