Hello. I have been having a problem with playing games on Windows XP. The problem, it seems, is the conflicts between some of my hardware. Please take a look at this log from msinfo32:
Anyway, can anyone help me out and tell me what to do?
PS The problem with gaming cannot be software related, since I have just reisntalled Windows XP and installed the latest drivers for almost everything.
This is really annoying, and because of that sometimes the computer won't even start. Also, not shown here, is a problem with IRQ assignment. My temp fix is to remove one of the devices from the computer (the drivers, not the device itself). Then do a scan for new hardware. Windows detects it and installs the drivers and assigns a different IRQ, solving the problem. I'm still looking for a permanent fix to this one.System Information report written at: 10/7/2003 4:55:22 PM
