Hi

Some time ago, I discovered how to configure Excel 2003 so that when you click the print button on the toolbar the print dialog box opens, instead of just going straight to the printer as usual.

Now I am working on a different computer and want to set up the same thing on this one, but I can't remember how to do it!!!

I do hope someone can remind me please!!

Cheers, Sam :)

Right click in an empty part of the toolbar and bring up the customize window.

Scroll down to the "Print" command and add it to the toolbar. (You may have to select "All Commands" from the dropdown.)

Remove the "Quick Print" command from the toolbar.

Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for.

Thank you so much - I knew it must be fairly straightforward because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to do it originally!!

Sam :4-clap:
