Hi Belin and welcome to TSF.

The Attach.zip won't open. Can you try to attach it again to your next post so we can see the error. I'm guessing you are getting an error as you seem to have 2 antiiviris programs running on your machine.
I would uninstall McAffee using the McAfee Removal Tool. Reboot once you have run the tool. You should only ever have one anti-virus program running on your computer as any more will cause system conflicts.

Can you also post your system specs.

The error at the bottom which I have just seen points to a corrupt CD driver. Have you had any issues with your CD tray or been unable to use it?
Sorry for the late edit, but I have also been looking into reviews for eScan Internet Security, and from what I have read from previous users it significantly slows down your computer. Add to that the fact you were also running McAffee as well, then your system would definitely be suffering from lag. I would also completely remove eScan Internet Security and download and install Microsoft Security Essentials as your only anti-virus. You can have more than one anti-malware program running on your system as they work differently. For a good anti-malware program I would advise downloading and installing Malwarebytes. Both Malwarebytes and Microsoft Security Essential are free and MSE will leave a very small footprint on your system (Malwarebytes you update and run manually.

eScan Internet Security is pretty tricky to remove and I can't find an official removal tool (which speaks volumes for the program), so I would advise downloading Revo Uninstaller and uninstall it that way. Again, Revo is free and will remove any traces of eScan from the registry. You can find the free Revo program on the page that I have linked at the bottom. Once Revo has been installed, let it generate the programs list, then left click on eScan Internet Security to highlight the program and use Hunter Mode at the top. In Hunter Mode you will see the main window dissapear and a cross-hair icon appear on the desktop; left click and drag the cross-hair icon over the eScan icon in your Task Bar next to your clock (bottom right) and then release. Choose 'Uninstall' and follow the instructions.

Once both McAfee and eScan have been completely uninstalled (reboots will be required) then you can install Microsoft Security Essentials.

McAfee also needs a special tool to remove it completely. McAfee provides it here: http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?id=107083&lc=1033&partner=10005&type=TS Just ignore the suggestion to reinstall. ;-)
Thank you so much.

Hi Belin,

Can you download Microsoft Security Essentials (don't install it yet)

You still seem to have McAfee installed on your computer. Can you remove it using the McAfee Removal Tool (then reboot) Then once you have rebooted, install Microsoft Security Essentials that you downloaded earlier.

I notice that you were unable to install Microsoft .NET Framework v4 via Windows Update. Can you retry this again.

Can you also uninstall the following programs as they wmay do more harm than good.:-

Advanced PC Tweaker
Little Registry Cleaner

Once you have done the above, can you attach 2 more things (to attach a file to the next post, select 'Go Advanced' under the window where you normally type here and select the paper clip icon. This will open the attachment window. Click 'Choose file' and browse to where it is located; left click on it once and hit 'Open'. then in the attachments window hit 'Upload', when it's finished uploading, close the 'attachments' window and post your reply)

The two extra things are:

1] Could you also give us your full system specs as well. If you are unsure what your specs are, download and run Speccy, then when it's generated the information (about 10 seconds) go File>Save as text file, and attach that as well.

2] Can you download and install Autoruns and run it. Let it generate all the information (shouldn't take long) then go File>Save and save the AutoRuns.arn file to the desktop. Zip it (right click on the .arn file and select 'send to' and choose 'Compressed zipped folder) and attach it back. Basically want to have a look and see if we can figure out what may be interfering. It needs to be zipped as it is fairly large.
