Computer system being spied on QUESTION.

I am having a very hard time with this issue and have been trying to reseach it for months now. I am an at-home worker who believes my system is being watched via my company or one of their clients. I have the company's OS here for work use but never use my home OS and the company's together. I am connected through a wireless router though. Is it possible for an administrator to have gotten into the my home system via this wireless route? And if so how would I locate them? I have also found a LMHOST has been installed on my system. Is this supposed to be there?

Any help someone could give me would be highly appreciated. I have other information I have researched on my system but I am not sure what would be useful for a techie to know what is going on.
