Computer performance decreased over the past year

Hello,

I wasn't too sure which category to put this in but here it goes.

Over the past 2 years my computers performance has decreased steadily and I'm unsure why. I typically only use the computer to edit videos, browse the internet and play video games. Games like team fortress 2 and elder scrolls online were a sinch to play over a year ago but now ESO only runs at 12 FPS and Team fortress 2 stutters heavily even when only playing at 1280x720. Even 6 months ago I ran skyrim at max graphics with graphics enhancement mods and now I can hardly run it at its lowest settings.

I already checked the basics, scanned for viruses, ran ccleaner and updated driver software. I'm not really sure what can be the cause of this, as I used to run these games fine before since my specs clearly can handle those games, but suddenly I can hardly run anything.

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz

Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770M

Video Card #2 Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

RAM 12 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10586), 64-bit

Does anyone know of any common things that could cause this?
