Check your start up tab and see what you can disable from running at start up. This should elevate some of the issue.
Computer maxed out of RAM at startup
Whenever I startup my computer its already immediately maxed out in terms of RAM usage with compressed memory and an Antimalware Service Executable. I have 8gb of ram and I didn't have this problem until upgrading to Windows 10
