I have a Dell DV051 Series, BIOS Revision A04, Windows XP. I turned my computer on, when it loads to the desktop, it crashes and restarts my computer, and it repeats. I have tried going into Safe Mode, it does the same thing. I tried F8 and Last Known Good Configuration, it does the same thing. What else can I do?

EDIT: Here's an error code that popped up when I disabled restarting when system fails.

STOP: C000021a Fatal System Error 0xc0000005 and other bunch of zeros.

There are loads of reasons why this error occurs to be honest. Just to confirm that a Dell DV051 is a desktop PC, correct?

Have you recently changed any hardware as this is the main cause of this issue?

Does this Blue Screen come up as soon as you press CTRL+ALT+DEL?

If yes then I understand your current situation. And would like to offer a fix for this :smile:
