My computer XP Service Pack 2
when I use mouse to move the cursor,computer starts to flash from one program to another, non stop. I can not open any program I want. It is problem of mouse or my computer is corrupted.

One thing, please post your computer specs. Posting computer specs definitely helps troubleshoot computer issues more efficiently. Would it be ok for you to post a picture of the problem? Did this problem happen all of a sudden?

Guessing since you only have SP2 installed, you are mostly likely behind in other important updates.

You are probably infected.

Have you tried a different Mouse? Make sure there are no stuck keys on the keyboard (ex) turn it upside down and blow out any crumbs etc. If a new keyboard and mouse doesn't help, then you are more then likely infected.
