Computer Is Infected

For the last month or so, SPYBOT has been finding nothing , I get a "Congratulations" no threats found. Prior to this, it always found, at least, some cookies.

PC Tools Spyware Doctor also finds nothing, where it always had in the past.

HOWEVER, when AVG Antivirus runs, it never finds any viruses, BUT, comes up with a huge list of "Warnings" which are noted, but not removed. Mixture of Trojans, Adware, Downloaders, Loggers, and Cookies.

I'm not sure of how to get you a log of these "warnings", but here are where they are all found:
