computer freezes at welcome screen

So this morning I attempted to log onto my computer, but after about 5 minutes, my computer was still at the welcome screen. My computer worked fine last night, so I don`t know what the problem is. I cannot log in in safe mode either. Is there any way I can log on without reformatting?

HI, Mybe this tips will help you..try to check your sata cable if it is connected properly then check you Ram memory try cleaning the copper connection of the your ram mermory afte you do this simple steps try rebooting your computer and see if it will run back to normal ..

I tried everything you said, but the problem is still there. While doing a hard drive check, it stopped after 7 seconds.
